Senior Back-end Engineer (C#/.NET) - Software

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Deconstruct complex business problems into modular, clean solutions
• ▹Build foundational frameworks and apply architectural patterns like Domain-Driven Design and CQRS
• ▹Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework
• ▹Work with SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning
• ▹Take full responsibility for testing code (unit, integration, performance) under a Shift Left / No QA team model
• ▹Leverage AI development tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, documentation, and execution speed
• ▹Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into features

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development with C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
• ▹Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, enterprise architecture, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming
• ▹Practical experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean separation of business and data access layers
• ▹Active, daily experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar)
• ▹Familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks, Git, and CI/CD pipelines within Agile
• ▹Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Production experience building AI-powered product features (e.g. intelligent search, smart features)
