Responsibilities

• ▹Own the technical strategy for a portfolio of large, complex, and/or strategic Enterprise accounts, partnering with senior Account Executives
• ▹Lead executive- and C-suite-level conversations, translating technical architecture into business value and ROI
• ▹Architect and present enterprise-grade solutions, including multi-site/multi-brand implementations, complex integrations, and headless/composable architectures
• ▹Design and deliver advanced proof-of-concept solutions, technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and custom demo environments
• ▹Lead responses to enterprise RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and procurement or compliance reviews (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR, data residency)
• ▹Act as the primary technical escalation point for strategic accounts through the sales cycle and into onboarding and handoff to Customer Success
• ▹Mentor other Solutions Engineers on complex deals and technical objection handling
