Junior General QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze, clarify, and break down requirements
• ▹Test role-based access control (RBAC) and permission scenarios (403/401 guard cases)
• ▹Perform exploratory testing and write quality test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
• ▹Test APIs using tools such as Postman and browser DevTools
• ▹Write and maintain automated UI tests with Playwright or Cypress
• ▹Automate API tests (REST/SQL endpoints)
• ▹Run tests through CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• ▹Use Claude AI to help write automated tests and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Ukrainian and English language skills at B2 level or higher
• ▹At least 1+ year of commercial experience as a General QA
• ▹Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools (ClickUp, Notion)
• ▹Good command of test design techniques
• ▹Programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
