Responsibilities

• ▹Design and deliver backend services, frontend UI components, data models, messaging systems, and API specifications across the studio's game platform
• ▹Take a leading role in architectural discussions and technology research
• ▹Translate complex functional requirements into precise, sustainable technical designs
• ▹Write high-quality, well-documented, testable code
• ▹Work within and champion a test-driven development culture
• ▹Lead thorough peer code reviews with specific, actionable feedback
• ▹Act as a technical reference point for less experienced engineers
• ▹Identify technical debt and architectural risks and drive the work to address them
• ▹Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with autonomy
• ▹Work with QA analysts, product stakeholders, and engineers to deliver features
• ▹Contribute to process and automation improvements across the development lifecycle
• ▹Maintain accurate tracking of work and progress in JIRA or equivalent

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer or equivalent senior role
• ▹Solid backend development experience in PHP, Python, or a comparable server-side language
• ▹Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architectures at scale
• ▹Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
