Aidn, the Norwegian market leader in municipal healthcare EHR software, is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own navigation, information architecture and personalization across a large, complex product, working closely with a Trio of product, tech and design leads and doing hands-on research in nursing homes and municipal offices. The role is based in Oslo, Bergen or fully remote with a salary of 975,000-1,145,000 NOK.

Stack

Responsibilities

  • Structure and evolve navigation and information architecture across a large, complex product
  • Design personalization so the right information reaches the right role at the right time, across many distinct user types
  • Create user-centered, accessible designs aligned with Aidn's design system
  • Conduct in-context user research in nursing homes and municipal offices (e.g. shadowing home nurses, observing medication rounds)

Requirements

  • Deep care for crafting excellent user experiences and a desire to make users' workday smoother
  • Willingness to learn the healthcare domain directly by working with real users (no healthcare background required)
  • Experience across service design, UI design, content design, product design, or design systems
  • Comfortable partnering closely with engineers and product managers, designing and learning together in real time
