Senior Product Designer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Structure and evolve navigation and information architecture across a large, complex product
• ▹Design personalization so the right information reaches the right role at the right time, across many distinct user types
• ▹Create user-centered, accessible designs aligned with Aidn's design system
• ▹Conduct in-context user research in nursing homes and municipal offices (e.g. shadowing home nurses, observing medication rounds)

Requirements

• ▹Deep care for crafting excellent user experiences and a desire to make users' workday smoother
• ▹Willingness to learn the healthcare domain directly by working with real users (no healthcare background required)
• ▹Experience across service design, UI design, content design, product design, or design systems
• ▹Comfortable partnering closely with engineers and product managers, designing and learning together in real time
