Platform and Automation Engineer - Remote

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Stripe, Chargebee, Atlassian, GitHub, Notion
• ▹Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across multiple SaaS platforms
• ▹Build automation scripts, services and integrations in Python, Go or similar languages
• ▹Build internal CLI tools for IT and business workflows
• ▹Develop event-driven automation pipelines using APIs and webhooks
• ▹Develop internal bots and ChatOps integrations
• ▹Design and implement reliable, API-driven integrations between business systems
• ▹Build internal tools for onboarding, access management and data synchronization
• ▹Identify opportunities to introduce AI technologies into internal workflows

Requirements

• ▹Experience administering and integrating business-critical SaaS systems
• ▹Programming experience in Python, Go or similar languages
• ▹Experience building automation pipelines using APIs and webhooks
• ▹Experience building CLI tools and internal services
• ▹Familiarity with ChatOps and Slack integrations
