Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead quality assurance activities and projects
• ▹Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects
• ▹Develop and execute test plans and test cases
• ▹Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met
• ▹Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities
• ▹Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results
• ▹Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality
• ▹Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the QA team

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
• ▹Skills in Agile methodology, product development, quality assurance, software development lifecycle, software testing and test automation

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• ▹Experience leading QA activities and managing QA projects
• ▹Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or equivalent certification

• ▹Compensation range of 13,000-14,500 zl per month (176,000 zl annually), with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
