Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own design projects end to end, from concept and scoping through user flows, UI, release and follow-up
• ▹Drive discovery by defining what to build to address real user needs, studying competitors and best practices
• ▹Work closely with Research, Product Management and Development to align on requirements and validate technical feasibility
• ▹Write clear specifications and run design QA against intent and the Kinsta Design System
• ▹Give clear rationale for design decisions and communicate trade-offs when priorities compete
• ▹Serve as Project Owner on occasion, coordinating releases and communicating progress
• ▹Help maintain and evolve the Kinsta Design System

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product or UX Designer
• ▹Demonstrated experience shipping products and features from zero to production
• ▹Experience working in a SaaS product environment
• ▹Hands-on experience across the full design workflow: research, problem definition, ideation, UI creation and delivery
• ▹Expert-level proficiency with Figma
• ▹Experience working with and maintaining a design system
• ▹A portfolio with at least one case study taking a project from problem statement to delivered solution
