Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain internal automation tools and workflows
• ▹Build and extend frontends and backend services
• ▹Develop backend services in Python and PHP
• ▹Integrate APIs, AI services, databases, and WordPress systems
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve automation and system issues
• ▹Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of internal tools
• ▹Create and maintain internal dashboards and control panels
• ▹Write and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Product team

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• ▹Strong WordPress development and customization experience
• ▹Proficient in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• ▹Backend development experience with Python & PHP
• ▹Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
• ▹Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
• ▹Experience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools
• ▹Experience implementing AI integrations (LLMs, AI APIs, AI-powered workflows)
• ▹Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Render, Vercel)
• ▹Proficient with Git and version control workflows
• ▹Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring skills
• ▹Ability to work independently and collaboratively during EST hours
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have

• ▹Advanced experience building automation workflows in n8n
• ▹Experience optimizing automation-heavy or integration-heavy systems
• ▹Experience working in a digital agency or SaaS environment
• ▹Light DevOps or infrastructure experience (CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
• ▹Experience maintaining multi-language codebases (JavaScript, Python, PHP)
