Responsibilities

• ▹Handle incoming tickets
• ▹Create documentation on existing infrastructure
• ▹Support the Platform Manager in creating governance policies, monitoring, and change management of new Microsoft features
• ▹Collaborate with administrators of other Microsoft 365 services for smooth platform operation
• ▹Configure Copilot access and roles, and security controls
• ▹Monitor oversharing and data exposure
• ▹Support AI regulatory compliance
• ▹Enable Purview AI security features
• ▹Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Copilot use
• ▹Use Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) for AI
• ▹Audit and retain Copilot activity
• ▹Investigate and respond to risks
• ▹Follow Microsoft's foundational deployment steps
• ▹Validate defaults and test policies
• ▹Monitor Copilot usage analytics

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate IT profile for daily operational support and administration
• ▹Experience with Microsoft cloud services: SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, Microsoft 365
• ▹Open only to freelancers and EU citizens based in Europe
• ▹Detailed CV in Europass format required
