• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, API, Design and Data teams to understand the product and users
• ▹Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas and improvements aligned to business needs
• ▹Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and high standards
• ▹Maintain and evolve the front-end platform for availability, performance and frictionless development
• ▹Support team members' growth, empowering them to achieve their career goals
• ▹Use data to drive decisions, insights and continuous improvement

Requirements

• ▹Ready to hit the ground running in a hands-on player-coach role
• ▹Comfortable leading a team, responsible for growth, development and performance of team members
• ▹Expert in front-end technologies including Node, TypeScript, React, Next.js
• ▹Experience building web applications at scale
• ▹Experience with functional programming

• ▹Experience building features related to search
• ▹Experience with SEO
