Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement, and ship products that wrap AI capabilities into something users can actually use
• ▹Build responsive front-ends, scalable back-end services, and the database and pipeline plumbing in between
• ▹Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models, agents, and retrieval systems into customer-facing applications
• ▹Own how the team knows products work, including testing, observability, and feedback loops for confident iteration
• ▹Collaborate with engineers, designers, and strategists, and join client conversations from early scoping through delivery

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience shipping production web applications
• ▹Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field
• ▹Strong across the stack: comfortable in Python on the back-end (FastAPI or similar), confident with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling
• ▹Knowledge of relational databases and integration work connecting services together
• ▹Serious about engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality
• ▹Comfortable deploying on a major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
• ▹Experience debugging production systems
• ▹Fluent, everyday use of AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and MCP-based workflows
