Responsibilities

• ▹Own the analytical relationship with the Marketing, Revenue or Product function: understand priorities, anticipate data needs, and deliver decision-driving analysis
• ▹Build and maintain the core dashboards, reports and models the function relies on, owning their accuracy, freshness and usability
• ▹Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks, making assumptions explicit
• ▹Bring cross-functional context to function analysis by combining product usage, revenue and operational data
• ▹Define and document the working model between the data hub and the function: metric ownership, request intake, SLAs, escalation paths
• ▹Own the function domain within the Central KPI & Metrics Glossary
• ▹Document domain knowledge, stakeholder preferences and analytical edge cases
• ▹Contribute to headcount planning by identifying where analytical capacity will be needed
• ▹Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Amplitude) to reduce reliance on the hub
• ▹Write clear documentation: metric definitions, methodology notes, data caveats
• ▹Use LLM-assisted tools and AI coding agents as a default part of the analytical workflow

Requirements

• ▹Ability to own the analytical relationship between the data hub and a business function
• ▹Experience building models, dashboards and insights that drive decisions
• ▹Remote, must be based in the UK, Portugal, Serbia or Moldova
