Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into mobile solutions
• ▹Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• ▹Own assigned features and technical tasks from implementation through delivery and ongoing improvement
• ▹Contribute to decisions on application architecture, implementation, and user experience
• ▹Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, authentication services, third-party platforms, and device capabilities
• ▹Build reusable, maintainable, and well-tested components following coding standards and best practices
• ▹Collaborate with architects, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and fellow developers
• ▹Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members
• ▹Use AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, critically evaluating AI output

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on Flutter and Dart mobile development
• ▹Good understanding of Flutter application architecture and responsive mobile interfaces
• ▹Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and asynchronous data
• ▹Experience with at least one state-management solution (BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider)
• ▹Familiarity with local storage, caching, error handling, and offline behavior
• ▹Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycles and platform-specific considerations
• ▹Experience with Git, pull-request workflows, code reviews, and automated testing
• ▹Experience writing unit, widget, or integration tests
• ▹Familiarity with mobile security principles, including secure data storage and authentication
• ▹Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the engineering workflow
