Senior Application Engineer, Workplace Technology

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain scripts, APIs and workflow automations powering workplace systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian) and identity platforms (Okta)
• ▹Develop lightweight services or integrations connecting collaboration tools, GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and internal systems, enabling agentic flows
• ▹Implement monitoring, logging and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot and improve reliability, scalability and cost-efficiency
• ▹Contribute to secure onboarding, off-boarding and mover workflows across access, permissions and SaaS tools
• ▹Collaborate with IT, Security and People teams to embed identity, data and compliance standards (SSO, DLP, classification)
• ▹Participate in pilot projects for new AI and productivity capabilities: integrating LLMs and agents, tracking adoption metrics, building assistive flows
• ▹Contribute to the code review process and documentation of shared libraries
