Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct UX audits of product flows and identify growth opportunities
• ▹Analyze user flows and propose conversion-improving solutions
• ▹Work independently on product tasks from analysis to finished solution
• ▹Design UX solutions for international digital products
• ▹Work with product metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, analysts and development team

Requirements

• ▹Required experience with iGaming/gambling products
• ▹Deep understanding of UX, user behaviour and digital product design principles
• ▹Confident Figma skills
• ▹Experience conducting UX audits, identifying and solving user flow problems
• ▹Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or similar)
• ▹Understanding of product metrics, building and analyzing user funnels
• ▹Knowledge of the iGaming market and its mechanics and user behaviour
• ▹Ability to quickly test UX hypotheses before handing off to development
• ▹Ability to make design decisions based on data, research and business goals
• ▹High level of self-organization, systems thinking and proactivity
