Senior Full-Stack Engineer, AI-Powered RCM

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build full-stack features in TypeScript/Node.js (Express, MySQL, Redis, Zod) and React 18 (Vite, TanStack Query, Tailwind)
• ▹Integrate LLMs into product workflows (Claude-based model harnesses, structured outputs, data pipelines)
• ▹Work with structured healthcare data and claims flows
• ▹Submit PRs and pass the team CI/review process (GitHub Actions, dev to staging to prod)

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level full-stack TypeScript/Node.js experience
• ▹Hands-on AI/LLM integration experience in production
• ▹Strong React product UI skills
• ▹Experience with data pipelines and structured data
• ▹Strong English, ability to self-manage as an independent contributor
• ▹Daily use of AI tooling (Claude, Cursor)

Nice to have

• ▹US healthcare/claims/RCM domain experience
• ▹HIPAA/PHI handling experience
