Responsibilities

• ▹designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions
• ▹developing and maintaining network architecture standards, diagrams, and technical documentation
• ▹evaluating and recommending network technologies, hardware, and software solutions
• ▹leading network upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• ▹providing Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents and outages
• ▹performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for recurring issues
• ▹ensuring network availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• ▹participating in on-call support and incident response activities as required
• ▹implementing and maintaining network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, segmentation, and secure remote access
• ▹collaborating with cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
• ▹supporting compliance, audit, and risk management requirements
• ▹designing and supporting connectivity to Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI
• ▹integrating network services with enterprise infrastructure platforms
• ▹supporting hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud networking architectures
• ▹implementing automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions where appropriate
• ▹leading technical aspects of network-related projects from planning through implementation
• ▹coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
• ▹mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance across the team
• ▹developing project plans, implementation procedures, and testing strategies

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• ▹7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• ▹advanced knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security technologies
• ▹experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, or similar enterprise platforms
• ▹strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• ▹experience supporting large-scale and mission-critical environments

Nice to have

• ▹Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification
• ▹experience with cloud networking
• ▹experience with SD-WAN and network automation technologies
• ▹knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible
• ▹industry certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty
