Responsibilities

• ▹Manage end-to-end software integration projects, from scoping through delivery
• ▹Define and document workflows, processes, and requirements to align technical and business goals
• ▹Build and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
• ▹Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers, escalating when necessary
• ▹Act as the main point of contact for project-related discussions with integration partners
• ▹Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, and follow-up actions to stakeholders
• ▹Coordinate with engineering teams to align priorities, track deliverables, and drive accountability
• ▹Continuously improve workflows and identify process optimizations

Requirements

• ▹3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in software integration, SaaS, or B2B technology
• ▹Strong understanding of APIs, software development workflows, and integration projects
• ▹Excellent organizational and timeline management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously
• ▹Clear and professional written and verbal communication with technical teams and external stakeholders
• ▹Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, Notion
• ▹Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving accountability across teams

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in vertical SaaS or industries such as logistics, supply chain, or freight tech
• ▹Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make, Workato
• ▹Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
