Responsibilities

• ▹Respond to and resolve daily support requests (Slack, tickets)
• ▹Manage user access and identity across Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, 1Password, and other SaaS
• ▹Handle onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and permissions
• ▹Administer SaaS and tooling: account provisioning, license management, vendor tools
• ▹Execute deployments and maintain CI/CD release pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• ▹Operate cloud infrastructure on GCP (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Functions) and Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, Access)
• ▹Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks
• ▹Build and run monitoring and alerting across applications and services
• ▹Take on infrastructure initiatives end to end: migrations, deprecations, environment hardening

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or strong IT/sysadmin roles
• ▹Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals and scripting (Bash, Python)
• ▹Hands-on cloud experience
