Senior AI Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Research, implement, and validate new AI techniques and tools
• ▹Analyze model performance and optimize agent behavior
• ▹Design, develop, and operate a platform for others to deploy their own agents
• ▹Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and architects
• ▹Identify organization-wide bottlenecks and propose AI-based solutions

Requirements

• ▹Software development experience, Python a must
• ▹Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and at least one AI framework (ADK, Langchain/Langgraph, CrewAI)
• ▹Experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and its AI solutions (e.g. VertexAI)
• ▹Experience with the broader tech stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, various databases
• ▹Statistical thinking, experimental mindset, strong troubleshooting skills
