• ▹Translate complex business problems into pragmatic, scalable technical architectures
• ▹Design solutions that span Salesforce, enterprise data platforms, AI, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies and custom applications
• ▹Evaluate existing client technology ecosystems and determine how platforms and capabilities should work together
• ▹Make architecture decisions based on business outcomes rather than defaulting to a particular technology
• ▹Define integration, data, application, security and platform architecture patterns
• ▹Balance near-term delivery needs with long-term scalability, maintainability and security
• ▹Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations
• ▹Break complex technical challenges into manageable components
• ▹Diagnose and resolve architecture, integration, data, performance and application challenges
• ▹Quickly learn unfamiliar systems and technologies to solve complex client problems
• ▹Identify technical risks, constraints and dependencies early
