Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement Benepass's shared AI platform (0-1 and 1-2 maturity)
• ▹Build coding assistants, CI/CD, quality automation, and knowledge systems for Engineering
• ▹Build platform primitives - agents, tools, retrieval, evaluations, permissions, workflow runners - that generalize beyond Engineering
• ▹Selectively embed with teams to drive real adoption
• ▹Own the AI systems roadmap and platform architecture

Requirements

• ▹Staff-level technical leadership experience building full-stack AI systems end-to-end
• ▹Strong platform, developer-tools, and infrastructure instincts
• ▹Experience building agents, tools, retrieval, evaluation, and workflow systems
• ▹Ability to design automation that scales beyond the engineering SDLC
