Responsibilities

• ▹Manage, structure, and validate data from multiple editorial and operational sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance
• ▹Develop and optimize recurring and ad hoc reporting processes
• ▹Translate strategic business questions into actionable metrics, analytical frameworks, and data-driven insights
• ▹Conduct trend, variance, and performance analyses to identify key drivers and opportunities
• ▹Create executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations
• ▹Monitor strategic KPIs, track initiative progress, and refine performance metrics
• ▹Partner with Editorial Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Data Analytics teams
• ▹Collaborate with the Head of GEO Strategy on prioritization and strategic planning

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in analytics, operations analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• ▹Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or comparable querying tools
• ▹Proficiency with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and dashboarding best practices
• ▹Experience building executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint
• ▹Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and drafting with rigorous QA and source traceability
• ▹Experience assessing or improving QA/measurement systems, including for AI-assisted workflows
