SAP Consultant (SD) with Focus on Service Processes and SAP CX Integration

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise clients on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a focus on service-oriented business processes
• ▹Design end-to-end processes from quote to service delivery (Order-to-Cash and Service-to-Cash)
• ▹Integrate SAP S/4HANA Sales & Service with SAP CX solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• ▹Support the introduction and optimization of service processes in a sales context (service contracts, spare parts, after-sales)
• ▹Work on omnichannel customer processes spanning CRM, commerce, and service
• ▹Analyze requirements from business departments and translate them into integrated SAP solutions
• ▹Accompany projects from concept to implementation, working closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• ▹Experience in SAP SD consulting, ideally also in a service or SAP CX environment
• ▹Understanding of integrated end-to-end processes (Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash)
• ▹Fluent German and English

• ▹Interest in modern cloud and CX solutions
• ▹Ability to explain complex topics clearly
