Partner Solution Architect (AWS)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build relationships with AWS Solutions Architects, initially focused on defined verticals and open-source database migration motions
• ▹Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials and enablement content
• ▹Create demos, integration guides and reference architectures
• ▹Partner with AWS SAs on active opportunities, providing technical support
• ▹Resolve implementation blockers for AWS SAs and turn solutions into reusable assets
• ▹Maintain a feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams
• ▹Write technical blog posts and case studies
• ▹Represent Supabase at conferences and AWS-sponsored events such as re:Invent and regional summits

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on AWS experience
• ▹Previous experience at AWS or as an AWS partner required
• ▹Understanding of AWS SA incentives, recommendation processes and the partner ecosystem
• ▹Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs and modern frameworks like React and Next.js
• ▹Comfort navigating ambiguity and building a playbook from scratch
