Responsibilities

• ▹Own internal IT operations: devices, access, onboarding
• ▹Build and maintain security policies, monitoring, and incident response procedures
• ▹Oversee HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance and vendor risk management
• ▹Drive automation of routine IT and security operations using AI tools
• ▹Build and lead a small team as the company scales

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• ▹8+ years of experience in IT operations, information security, or cloud security
• ▹Hands-on experience managing multi-cloud environments (GCP and Azure required)
• ▹Working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, including direct experience preparing for or managing external audits
• ▹Experience building and enforcing security policies, access controls, and incident response procedures
• ▹Strong understanding of identity management (SSO, MFA, RBAC), endpoint management, and network security fundamentals
