Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Drives architectural decisions, technical strategy, and best practices across the engineering organization
• ▹Mentors and guides engineers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
• ▹Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• ▹Conducts code reviews, provides constructive feedback, and ensures adherence to coding standards
• ▹Identifies technical challenges and proactively proposes solutions
• ▹Stays up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, applying them to products and processes
• ▹Does hands-on software development
• ▹Maintains excellent code quality and a healthy codebase
• ▹Supports the growth of the engineering teams through 2026

Requirements

• ▹Track record of effectively leading technical initiatives and collaborating with multiple teams in an organization of at least 100 people
• ▹Strong background in fostering cross-functional skills across engineering teams
• ▹Fluency in English
• ▹Technical environment: Python (Django), Rust, JavaScript (React), TypeScript, React Query, Jest, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Sentry, Grafana, Coralogix, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, Terraform, Kubernetes (Karpenter, Istio), AWS, OVH, RabbitMQ, Redis
