Attorney (m/f/d) – Tech & Data

Responsibilities

• ▹Handle legal matters around data protection, IT law and digitalization
• ▹Draft and negotiate contracts related to AI, data, software and digital business models
• ▹Design and negotiate cooperation agreements and software licensing contracts that form the backbone of innovative digital business models
• ▹Support fast-moving venture capital and private equity transactions

Requirements

• ▹Outstanding legal qualifications (at least 18 points total)
• ▹Interest in data law (data protection, IT, software), ideally with some practical experience
• ▹Enthusiasm for topics such as AI, cloud and digital business models
• ▹A proactive, creative personality that takes responsibility and enjoys working in a team
