UX/UI Designer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Create UX and UI design solutions: user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, styled UI components
• ▹Ensure designs meet project requirements and maintain visual and interaction consistency
• ▹Contribute to research on product performance and improvement opportunities
• ▹Review and improve products through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• ▹Work end-to-end from research and ideation to visual design and developer handoff
• ▹Visualize ideas through interactive prototypes, design systems, UI kits
• ▹Work with and extend large design systems with new UI patterns and components
• ▹Manage relationships with clients and vendors
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Product Manager on design objectives and project goals
• ▹Work within multidisciplinary international teams to translate business requirements into design solutions

Requirements

• ▹Strong portfolio of commercial projects
• ▹Full understanding of design processes tailored to user and client needs
• ▹Understanding of web and mobile design principles, responsive and adaptive design, layout hierarchy, micro-interactions
• ▹Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar
• ▹Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
• ▹Solid command of layout, grid systems, typography, color theory, component-based design
• ▹AI-first mindset and design approach
• ▹Good written and spoken English and Polish, minimum B2 level
• ▹Good communication and presentation skills
• ▹Proactive, detail-oriented attitude

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in UX audits
• ▹Experience with projects in the MENA region
