Senior Product Designer (Discovery/MVP)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead product design end-to-end: from niche research through MVP release and further development
• ▹Participate in discovery: validate niches through concept -> prototype -> test -> decision cycles with the Product Manager
• ▹Work with metrics (Firebase/GA4) to find drop-off and test hypotheses
• ▹Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
• ▹Conduct research (interviews, usability testing, niche and competitor analysis)
• ▹Work on in-app monetization
• ▹Create and maintain a design system, ensuring UX consistency

Requirements

• ▹2+ years as a Senior Product Designer for mobile B2C products (iOS/Android/Flutter)
• ▹Real experience launching products from 0 with measurable results
• ▹Ability to work with product metrics (activation rate, conversion rate, DAU, MAU, retention)
• ▹Uses AI tools to accelerate work (deep research, AI MVP concepts, prototypes)
• ▹Practical research experience
• ▹Uses product frameworks such as JTBD
• ▹Comfortable working with ambiguity, without a full brief
• ▹Able to build and maintain a design system under MVP conditions

Nice to have

• ▹Startup or growth environment experience
• ▹Experience building own mobile products
• ▹Knowledge of RevenueCat
• ▹Experience in maps/location/outdoor products
• ▹Active outdoor lifestyle (hiking, cycling)
