Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Foster shared understanding of users' needs and help shape product direction
• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver well-designed product functionalities
• ▹Own and drive improvements of user experience and business metrics
• ▹Conduct research and usability tests with frequent touchpoints with users
• ▹Analyze the impact of design initiatives and communicate findings to the product team
• ▹Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes to inform product decisions
• ▹Educate the organization on UX best practices and maintain design maturity standards
• ▹Continuously improve how the design team works

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as a product designer
• ▹Strong track record building high-quality products serving both customer and business needs
• ▹Customer-centricity and outcome-oriented mindset
• ▹Ability to discuss strategy and product design with both technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Fluency in discovery research and usability testing
• ▹Ability to base design decisions on research/testing evidence
• ▹Storytelling and presentation skills
• ▹Familiarity with UX best practices and terminology
• ▹Strong design tool skills: Figma, XD, or Sketch (they work with Figma)
• ▹Good understanding of Windows OS UI patterns
• ▹Willingness to work (or learn to work) in a technical domain involving 3D modeling, physics, and electrical engineering
• ▹C1 or above English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience designing complex enterprise products
• ▹Familiarity with AutoCAD
