Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions
• ▹Develop and integrate intelligent automation solutions and AI applications
• ▹Integrate LLMs into existing enterprise systems
• ▹Develop robust backend and integration components
• ▹Connect existing systems via APIs
• ▹Automate business processes with modern workflow and AI platforms
• ▹Implement new AI use cases from idea to production
• ▹Ensure performant, stable and scalable operations

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• ▹Experience in software development, ideally backend
• ▹Experience with Python or a comparable programming language
• ▹Knowledge of API design and system integration
• ▹Experience with cloud technologies, Docker and Git
• ▹Analytical thinking
• ▹Interest in modern AI technologies and process automation
• ▹Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Very good German and good English skills
• ▹Willingness to travel

Nice to have

• ▹Practical experience with large language models (LLMs), such as Claude, OpenAI GPT, or Gemini
• ▹Experience with AI agents and agent frameworks
• ▹Workflow automation (e.g. n8n, Make, or Power Automate)
• ▹Knowledge of Kubernetes or CI/CD
• ▹Experience with databases, data modeling and building performant data pipelines
