Product Designer (remote, Europe, 2-5 years of experience)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own well-scoped, ongoing design work on a mature product area (likely Deploy): iterations, improvements, edge cases, polish, and consistency work
• ▹Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs
• ▹Contribute to research alongside a senior teammate, run focused user interviews and usability checks
• ▹Use the design system fluently, flag gaps when a pattern is missing
• ▹Partner with engineering and PM through implementation
• ▹Contribute design assets to launches and releases (in-product onboarding, release-notes visuals, announcement surfaces)

Requirements

• ▹2 to 5 years of product design experience, ideally on B2B, technical, or developer-facing products
• ▹Solid fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• ▹Fluency in Figma and modern design system practice
• ▹A portfolio or work samples with concrete examples showing shipped product work, design process, interaction decisions, and visual craft - applications without examples will not be considered
• ▹Reliable on ongoing, iterative work, finishing things and keeping quality consistent
• ▹Clear written and verbal communicator
• ▹Open to critique and direction
• ▹Curiosity about technical users and technical conversations
• ▹Comfortable using AI tools in the design workflow
