(Junior) Information Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Shape DataGuard's growth by managing and expanding the full customer lifecycle for the InfoSec SaaS product
• ▹Advise customers on information security using the platform and build scalable ISMS solutions from scratch
• ▹Act as a trusted partner, guiding customers through audits (e.g. ISO 27001 or TISAX®)
• ▹Leverage AI-powered tooling to deliver faster, more consistent, higher-quality security consulting outcomes
• ▹Support Sales and Customer Success with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for existing customers
• ▹Drive the evolution of the InfoSec solution by translating customer insights into actionable product feedback

Requirements

• ▹At least 1 year of professional experience in IT, information security or compliance, or a lead-implementer or auditor certificate
• ▹Passion for technology, security, AI and how companies can operate safely in a digital world
• ▹Basic understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX®, NIST or other management frameworks
• ▹Enjoys working with customers and can explain complex topics in a simple and structured way
• ▹Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and learn faster
• ▹Excellent German and English communication skills
