Go-to-Market Engineer

Hightouch is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to embed within the RevOps team and rewire how sales, marketing, and CS teams work using agentic automation.

Responsibilities

  • Audit GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and CS for AI/agentic automation opportunities
  • Design and build agentic workflows (Clay, Claude, Hightouch) replacing manual work
  • Own the AI context layer (Claude skills, Glean knowledge resources, knowledge graphs)
  • Stay current on new AI models, prototype fast
  • Lead enablement across GTM teams, train reps on new workflows
  • Work closely with RevOps and Systems team to ensure clean integration

Requirements

  • Already built something with Clay or Claude that nobody asked for
  • Experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Solutions Engineering
  • Learner mindset, constant experimentation with AI tools
  • Natural teacher, able to make complex things click
  • Comfortable with APIs, prompts, and stitching tools together
  • Thrives in a role with no playbook

Nice to have

  • Experience building enrichment and outreach workflows with Clay
  • Experience building with Claude, including skills and agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs and AI context layers (Glean, vector search, RAG)
  • Background at a data or developer tools company
  • Experience with Hightouch or composable CDP / data activation ecosystem
  • Experience running internal enablement or training programs

What we offer

  • OTE range $130,000 - $180,000 USD/year
  • Equity compensation in the form of ISO options
