Responsibilities

• ▹Perform cybersecurity incident response and restoration engagements including live response, triage, containment, and remediation
• ▹Carry out system, network, and application rebuild and restoration activities
• ▹Design and troubleshoot Active Directory
• ▹Design, use, and troubleshoot VMWare ESX/HyperV
• ▹Diagnose low-level operating system and network issues in Windows server and workstation environments
• ▹Work with a wide range of hardware platforms including NAS, SAN, server, and networking devices
• ▹Solve customer issues in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
• ▹Learn new technologies quickly
• ▹Work independently with little direct supervision and as part of a team
• ▹Apply a strong networking background including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, and others)

Requirements

• ▹Bilingual English and German
• ▹7+ years of senior technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing experience
• ▹Knowledge of Active Directory design and troubleshooting
• ▹Knowledge of VMWare ESX/HyperV
• ▹Knowledge of Windows environments
• ▹Experience with NAS, SAN, server, and networking devices
• ▹Outstanding analytical and organizational abilities
• ▹Knowledge of network routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP)
