Senior Business (Process) Analyst (m/f/d) with Deep BPMN Knowledge and ADONIS

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather and document client requirements
• ▹Analyze business processes (including in the finance area)
• ▹Optimize processes in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• ▹Model business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation)
• ▹Create SOP documents
• ▹Identify improvement potential in business processes
• ▹Collaborate with business units and developers to implement process optimizations
• ▹Document requirements and processes in text form
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools (CIP)

Requirements

• ▹Experience gathering and analyzing business processes
• ▹Background in business administration and/or IT
• ▹Experience with Atlassian Confluence
• ▹Experience with the BoC Group's ADONIS BPM suite (other tools like Signavio, Camunda Platform welcome too)
• ▹Expert-level BPMN 2 knowledge (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrable in projects
• ▹Structured, independent work with strong analytical skills
• ▹Good communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly
• ▹Willingness to work in a remote team
• ▹Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• ▹Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
