Financial Analyst, Account Management

Responsibilities

• ▹Support resolution of complex client scenarios through deep-dive data research and root-cause analysis
• ▹Partner with the account team to identify cost drivers, utilization shifts, and clinical opportunities, recommending plan design changes
• ▹Serve as the primary liaison between Account Management and the Reporting/Data Analyst teams
• ▹Interpret pharmacy claims data, trend analysis, and rebate projections for client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• ▹Oversee the integrity of client-facing financial reports, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations
• ▹Collaborate with internal technical teams to improve automated reporting tools
• ▹Assess financial data for client attrition risk indicators and develop data-driven mitigation strategies with Account Managers
• ▹Mentor Account Managers on interpreting and presenting financial metrics
• ▹Participate in existing and prospective client meetings

Requirements

• ▹Deep fluency in the pharmacy benefits space, including an understanding of AWP and NADA
