Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze, design, and implement H4S4 transformations
• ▹Take a central role in transformation projects, from strategic consulting to successful implementation
• ▹Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional, technical, and process solutions
• ▹Work within a well-functioning, mutually supportive team
• ▹Flexible project deployment: working across offices nationwide, on-site at clients, and from home

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics, or equivalent vocational training
• ▹Solid SAP HCM knowledge across multiple modules
• ▹Experience in a (sub-)project lead role
• ▹Good to very good expertise in HR work
• ▹Good German and English skills (at least B2 level)

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience in H4S4 transformation projects
