Responsibilities

• ▹Translating product strategy into clear priorities, data-driven decisions and concrete outcomes
• ▹Acting as Product Manager with full end-to-end ownership: discovery, strategic alignment, backlog ownership
• ▹Close collaboration with Engineering, UX and Go-to-Market
• ▹Owning customer impact, product performance and data-driven value creation for the product area
• ▹Defining the strategic direction of the product area in line with the overall product vision
• ▹Translating company and portfolio strategy into a focused, customer-centric roadmap
• ▹Developing clear value propositions and ensuring their implementation in the product
• ▹Identifying potential for adoption, engagement, retention and expansion
• ▹Systematically integrating structured customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success and Support into roadmap decisions
• ▹Deep understanding of the needs of regulated and enterprise customers
• ▹Defining and monitoring area-specific KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, feature usage)
• ▹Using product analytics and customer data to prioritize and continuously improve
• ▹Applying generative AI tools to refine user stories and identify inconsistencies
