Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Co-lead one of the cross-functional development teams (Property Wealth or Connected Help Proposition)
• ▹Own the product and be responsible for implementing the overall product vision and strategy
• ▹As Property Wealth Product Manager: manage the design, build and optimization of a key element of the digital product set built with Royal London Equity Release Advisers, enabling a more scalable, remote-led advice service
• ▹As Connected Help Proposition Product Manager: manage the design, build and optimization of new digital-first journeys connecting planning tools, financial coaching and advice journeys so every customer gets a retirement plan

Requirements

• ▹Experienced Product Manager/Owner who knows how to work in a cross-functional team, as a trio with engineering and design
• ▹Proactive, responsible, with excellent attention to detail
• ▹Obsessed with understanding the customer and your team's output (usable, accessible, useful)
• ▹Curious, experienced using data to benchmark and measure product performance and evidence good outcomes
• ▹Comfortable with the standards required in a regulated sector
