(Senior) Product Manager / Product Owner - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹End-to-end ownership of the feature realization process, from idea to launch
• ▹Prioritizing the backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility
• ▹Maintaining and structuring the backlog including acceptance criteria and estimates
• ▹Roadmap development and quarterly planning
• ▹Organizing and moderating all Scrum ceremonies: sprint plannings, reviews, retros, dailies
• ▹Communication and coordination with all stakeholders, internal and external
• ▹Participating in user feedback sessions and sales meetings, translating input into stories and epics
• ▹Defining and evolving relevant product KPIs
• ▹Close collaboration with UX Research, Engineering, and the CPO

Requirements

• ▹Relevant professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile tech environment
• ▹Familiarity with product development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Strong communication and moderation skills
• ▹Good understanding of technical context and user-centricity
• ▹Experience with product metrics and data-driven prioritization
• ▹Experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, or Figma
