SAP S2P-PUR Consultant (MM)

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct S2P-PUR rollout projects in the regions, focusing on trade locations and plants
• ▹Close collaboration with S2P-PUR Process Experts and local key-users to align process requirements
• ▹Support rollouts with indirect parts into stock ordering and trading goods business ordering
• ▹Support direct material processes for production plants
• ▹Support business processes with issue identification, resolution, and process optimization
• ▹Handle purchase requisitions
• ▹Analyze as-is processes and promote standardization and integration with other modules
• ▹Coordinate testing activities and contribute to test plan creation
• ▹Coordinate data clean-up/migration activities with the IT process consultant
• ▹Support the key user community with mentoring, documentation, and training
• ▹Support go-live and hypercare phases

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience in the successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area
• ▹Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences
• ▹Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• ▹High initiative and ability to work independently, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
• ▹Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving working method
• ▹Strong template and standardization mindset
