Responsibilities

• ▹Process lead role for SAP Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing and Related Master Data)
• ▹Proactively support business processes with issue identification, resolution, and process optimization
• ▹Proactively analyze evolving SAP capabilities and implement processes with key users
• ▹Identify cross-functional topics and ensure processes are aligned across modules
• ▹Detect and escalate necessary process decisions in project meetings
• ▹Coordinate training activities according to training concept and plan
• ▹Coordinate testing activities and contribute to test plan creation
• ▹Coordinate data clean-up/migration activities with the IT process consultant
• ▹Support the key user community with mentoring, documentation, and training
• ▹Act as contact window for the IT process consultant to clarify open points (second level support)
• ▹Lead and participate in cross-functional teams
• ▹Independently analyze and solve problems of the highest complexity
• ▹Provide guidance to various departments and associates

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or related field
• ▹5 years' experience in business process consultancy in SAP implementation projects
• ▹Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in SAP environment as a process expert with full working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (S&D)
• ▹Strong business process consultancy skills
• ▹Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization
• ▹Ability to influence without direct authority
• ▹Ability to solve problems that may require modifying and adapting standard techniques
• ▹Minimum travel required
