Responsibilities

• ▹Very good knowledge and expertise in BBM Investment Management processes and the SAP PS module
• ▹Solid experience working in IT related projects (Rollout, Migration, Training, Test management/Testing, Track & Release)
• ▹Work as a Process Solution Team (PST) member in international project and program assignments
• ▹Support internal customers worldwide on business process issues and questions
• ▹Improve business processes by implementing standard BBM solutions
• ▹Identify local training needs and provide expertise for training measures
• ▹Regular coordination and information sharing with local key user groups
• ▹Develop, implement, and support interdepartmental IT solutions
• ▹Participate actively in the digital evolution of Bosch Mobility, including migration to SAP S/4
• ▹Be part of digital transformation projects in international project and program assignments
• ▹Collaborate to standardize processes alongside other Process Experts, Process Managers and IT departments
• ▹Take the lead for Process Improvement Action activities

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
• ▹At least 3 years of experience with the SAP PS module
• ▹Consulting and rollout process knowledge in Investment Planning (Planning, Control, Machinery and Equipment Procurement)
• ▹Excellent English skills
• ▹Good communication and presentation skills
• ▹Analytical skills and passion to harmonize and standardize processes
• ▹Self-organized, structured and customer support oriented
