Responsibilities

• ▹Drive business value of own (sub-)process depending on overall process strategy
• ▹Communicate and continuously implement the Plan to Produce (sub-)process at global level
• ▹Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout projects, including PP/DS implementation
• ▹Align and adapt (sub-)process changes based on requirements from users, norms, and standards
• ▹Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the Plan to Produce (sub-)process
• ▹Secure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards
• ▹Drive digitalization and automation in planning-related processes, including implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets
• ▹Monitor relevant KPIs, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs
• ▹Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
• ▹Intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
• ▹English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• ▹3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in SAP Production Planning implementation or transformation
• ▹Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules
• ▹Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, gained through academic studies and professional experience
• ▹Several years of experience in consulting or industry environments, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail
• ▹Extensive experience with planning processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments
• ▹Strategic mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• ▹Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain
• ▹Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly
• ▹Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives
• ▹Strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities in complex environments
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging stakeholders
