Team Leader SAP Finance – S/4HANA

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate business challenges into reliable, pragmatic and coherent SAP solutions
• ▹Support consultants by sharing best practices and S/4 standards
• ▹Carry the team's expertise, challenge approaches, and secure the project's technical-functional direction
• ▹Support each consultant's development: mentoring, upskilling, career paths
• ▹Manage staffing together with activity leads
• ▹Participate in people reviews and salary reviews
• ▹Drive a culture of innovation (digitalization, automation, process mining)
• ▹Represent the practice to Finance and IT teams and cross-functional committees

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Finance / S/4HANA, ideally in a Manager or Senior Consultant role
• ▹Solid command of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Cloud as well as Finance processes
