Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritise needs
• ▹Establish and maintain a clear product vision
• ▹Organise and lead Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective)
• ▹Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, answer questions and resolve issues during the sprint
• ▹Encourage and support the team's autonomy
• ▹Take part in sprint planning to define sprint goals
• ▹Select the backlog items to include in the sprint
• ▹Identify and work to resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress
• ▹Support conflict resolution and decision-making
• ▹Encourage the team to reflect on its processes and propose improvements
• ▹Implement changes to increase the team's efficiency and quality
• ▹Provide agile coaching to team members, the Product Owner and other stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+5) in engineering
• ▹3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• ▹Confident use of agile project management tools such as Jira
• ▹Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• ▹Familiarity with software development environments (DevOps, CI/CD)
