Responsibilities

• ▹Act as quality gatekeeper for new features, platform changes and integrations, guaranteeing production readiness at scale
• ▹Identify and mitigate scalability, operational and value risks through automation, preventing fragmentation, re-customization and technical debt
• ▹Define and apply quality standards and automated guardrails
• ▹Design and document test scenarios and test cases based on business rules and approved reference data
• ▹Manually evaluate AI-generated outputs (accuracy, consistency, completeness, hallucinations, unsupported statements)
• ▹Produce regression test results for new features, platform changes and AI configuration updates
• ▹Document defects clearly with evidence, severity, reproduction steps and business impact
• ▹Produce traceable test reports supporting release-readiness decisions
• ▹Maintain a representative set of test assets and expected results for repeated evaluations
• ▹Collaborate with business, MLR and technical stakeholders throughout the test cycle

Requirements

• ▹Bac+5 engineering degree or equivalent university degree with a computer science specialization, or significant equivalent experience
• ▹Minimum 8 years of QA/Test Engineering experience, proven experience testing complex systems, ideally including AI or LLM components
• ▹Manual and exploratory testing
• ▹Test case design based on complex business rules
• ▹Evaluation of AI outputs against reference data
• ▹Regression testing
• ▹Systematic documentation and tracking of outcomes
• ▹Identification of hallucinations and unsupported results
• ▹Knowledge of web platforms and integrations (APIs, PIM, DAM, CDP)
• ▹Collaboration with multiple stakeholders (business, MLR, technical)
• ▹Fluent English required

• ▹Experience testing AI/LLM systems
• ▹Understanding of hallucinations and LLM non-determinism
• ▹Testing compliance, legal or regulated workflows
• ▹Playwright or equivalent automation framework
• ▹Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platform
• ▹Testing marketing assets and documents
